Logics Fixed Asset module is a complete software and hardware solution for tracking and managing government fixed assets. Using barcode technology and advanced reporting it can make property management easier than you think it should be.
A few of the features in the Fixed Assets module are:
- Can track assets below the capitalization threshold that are still sensitive, such as firearms
- Automatically post depreciation to the general ledger
- As fixed assets are purchased, accounts payable voucher information can be automatically passed to the fixed asset module, eliminating double entry of information
- Provides necessary year-end reports for auditors such as assets added, assets removed and net value after depreciation
The Logics Inventory Control system provides accurate, up-to-date information concerning the status of inventory stock items. The system automatically prices each issue and creates the general ledger entries to charge the proper department for each transaction. The average cost of each item in stock is automatically adjusted with each receipt or issue. The system maintains detailed history for each stock item for the entire fiscal year.
