Logics Project Management
We manage each customer implementation using project plans that describe what will be done, by whom and by when.
We start each project with an implementation meeting with all of the key members of both the customer and Logics to address early on the major issues that we, as a team, will have to address. During the implementation process, the Logics Project Manager will make adjustments to both the schedule and the elements of training as needed.
Logics Setup and Conversions
All of our systems provide a great deal of flexibility on how the customer can use them.
Before we even get started with implementation, we work with the customer to determine in detail what their requirements are for the system. We then assist in setting up their system.
Conversion of existing data is also available.
